Our store has been using this app for a few months now, with a noticeable difference in sales traffic. They provide you with the material to educate yourself on how the app works and integrates with your platform. Any issues I've experienced along the way have been dealt promptly by customer service through the chat feature. I'm interested to further explore the features this app provides and I have high hopes for its future.

I have only just starting using this app, and came across a bit if a speed jump early on. Nicole from StoreSEO made contact with me after I submitted a ticket, and resolved the issue nice and quickly, and on a Sunday, to boot! I also like the methodical and structured form that this app takes. It suits the way my brain works, and gives me targets to hit.

Good app - easy to use when you get started - its not too overwhelming. Setting up analytics was a bit tricky but support guided me through and all is going well

Very easy to use - customer service is very helpful. One this is needed though - need to be able to clear on our own without having to schedule a call with customer service.

This app has helped with increasing traffic to our website thereby increasing sales as it has allowed us to optimize the SEO for all of our products, in addition when we experience any issue and ask for assistance the support team always ensures the issue is resolved, great app.

I give it a four because I tried it, uninstalled it, then reinstalled and bought it. That confused the situation and I was without the paid for upgrade for about a month being told I cancelled. But Nicole stayed on it and got it sorted. Now I have the app up and running. I like this app and it has actually done a great deal for our SEO. Customer service was frustrating at times, but they hung in there and made it okay.

When you uninstall any app, Shopify’s subscription system automatically cancels the subscription. To re-enable it, you’ll need to contact the app’s support team directly. Great support and so far super easy to use. Plus much nicer to navigate than a lot of the other apps. Highly recommended!
