The app works well, but the subscription billing does not. If you downgrade your subscription level, it takes effect immediately, even if you have paid for the whole month

In Shopify, when you cancel a subscription, it immediately takes effect and cancels the subscription due to the billing cycle. Unfortunately, we don't have control over this. However, I understand your concern, and we are now manually providing you with the remaining subscription limit that you paid for. I hope you understand. Thank you!

Where do I start? First, the description would lead you to believe that this app will do more work than it actually does. You will still have to go through each product to "Fix" whatever issue it says that you might have. Second, and this is where I feel like a tool, but when you go into a product, you can "Optimize your meta titles, meta descriptions, and tags with the power of AI". You can only do this if you pay a 1-time fee for credits. Now, the messed up part of this is that when you generate the "Fixes," it will show you in real-time the change in your SEO Score. And it actually makes the score worse. For example, the Meta Description should only be a certain amount of characters. When you "Generate" the Meta Description, it generates too many characters, so your SEO Score goes down, and you get a message saying that there are too many characters. So you will pay to make your SEO Score go down. You can easily revert it, but why offer a paid service that doesn't make your SEO better?
UPDATE: As I mentioned this morning, the improved AI model, which was in the testing phase, has now been deployed to our production app. We have prioritized this change as High and deployed today. Could you please try the AI Content Generator and let us know how it goes now. Also, we've reset your AI Credits as well that yo used for our previous AI model. Hi there, I understand your concern about the AI-generated character limit, which sometimes affects your SEO lower due to the AI model we used in the initial phase of our AI Content Generator. The good news is that we have already updated our AI model, and it is currently in the testing phase on our development app. We will deploy the updated model very soon. I will inform you when the update is live, and I’d love for you to try it out to see if it resolves the issue. Additionally, since you have already spent credits, we will reimburse the credits you used with the current model so that you can use them. Thank you!
It's an amazing experience .. Pial, the account person in charge gave a personal touch and really explain the functions and show me real time adjusting my SEO and explaining the functions of each individual aspect. So great and this app is really will take my shop a better and higher level..

I had Zeba on call to assist me with issues on my StoreSEO. She was very much helpful, thorough and understand what my needs were. She assisted me on how to look at the issues so that I will be able to continue and correcting it.
