Update: He made me fill out the review while I was on onboarding video call before I hung up. Felt rushed at the end and didn’t get all the answers I needed. I want this app & your code off my store. It has messed it up so bad my photos aren’t showing up & when I search my site name everything else shows up except my site. No customer support on chat. So I changed my review to update y’all and hope this gets noticed by suppprt. I want your code out of both my stores! And in your onboarding process they try to make you sign up for the 200 product option so they get their money upfront. I didn’t fall for it cause I have way more products. BTW everyone is named Amit! I had two stores and two onboard people with the same name and different pictures haha Amit is great at the onboarding process. Tremendous help! He worked me into his schedule with no problems. Thanks!

An easy to use interface and very helpful customer support. I am still quite early in the use of this tool so its hard to certain of its impact yet but a promising start!

Just completed my onboarding with Sadman Nadvi. He was awesome, explaining everything in simple terms. The process was straightforward, and the features are easy to access. I have been using the free version of the app for a couple of weeks and like it so much that I decided to bump up to a paid version. So many tools, so very helpful. Thanks for the great app! Had this app no for over a year. Love the cutomer service and all of the features that we have been able to use. Great app! Highly recommend

Store SEO has all the features to optimize the SEO for your store. They have schedule a call with an agent option, which is really helpful if you are a beginner. The Agent that helped me (Amit) was very patient enough to listen to such a beginner like me and guide me through all the features. I would recommend this to all the store owners. I am yet to try the pro features.

StoreSEO is an incredible app. Thanks to the Dev's for creating such a useful tool. I had a few questions for Support and was able to get through to a live person almost immediately. I worked with Florence who was knowledgable and friendly. I recommend StoreSEO 100%. 10/10.

The changes I made using the app when I first installed it made a difference but Nadvi's changes focused me on better SEO keyword selections and brought my product page to 100% optimization. I’ve been using StoreSEO now for several months before writing a review. What I’ve found is that the reporting of issues is poor, you fix what it says are issues in the product but when you look at the overview it still shows issues. After contacting support they say that even though you have met the criteria to resolve the issue, because the criteria is based on a range and you haven’t hit the top figure of the range then StoreSEO reports this as an issue, even though it doesn’t report it as an issue when editing the product itself. Come on StoreSEO it’s either an issue or it’s not an issue make you mind up. An add-on for has just been released for image optimisation, great but there is a catch, this add-on is an additional cost and if you don’t opt in to the add-on then your products will now show an addition error because your images haven’t been optimised. I was told on purchasing this App that collections were being added within a few weeks, as yet there is no sign of this. The App is easy to use and install but it’s not accurate in what it reports and you shouldn’t have to pay extra when you have already paid for a year subscription for an add-on just so you can get your products showing as fully optimised. If this is a cost upgrade it should show the issue separately from the base product so your not seeing an issue for something you haven’t purchased.
