Hi there, It seems you subscribed to our Visionary plan and were charged accordingly, as per the listed usage charge. After that, you uninstalled the app, which triggered the cancellation of your plan according to Shopify's subscription system. If you would like a refund for the Visionary plan, we can manage that on our end. We've already reached out to you through our support channels. Could you please get back to us so that we can successfully cancel your plan from our side? We're looking forward to hearing back from you. Thank you!

great app and highly reccomended you need this for your organic traffic sales stephanie was my assistant and helped with all my queries regarding the app and i am now happily using it with all the knowledge i need. Just Had A Call With Nadvi And Let Me Say He Took That Call With Pride And Professionalism Adressing all of my concerns and helping me with all the problems i had with the app driving me to eventually buy one of the plans as of a couple of weeks thanks big help
