Hi - James here, Founder of the Easy Student Discounts app. I'm sorry that our support was insufficient on this occasion. It certainly fell below the standard that I expect. Our expectation is that the support team resolve queries either the same working day (UK time), or at least the next working day. As you submitted your enquiry on Friday morning and we responded to you on Tuesday afternoon, it fell well below my expectations and I sincerely apologise. I believe this happened due to an internal miscommunication about who was monitoring our support channels at which times. We will work on this to ensure it doesn't happen again. I will also be reaching out to you personally to work on resolving the issue that you have encountered. Best, James
