Trust Subscriptions

Customer service agents have ignored my requests for support for months now. The app has stopped taking monthly payments from some of our customers, with no clear way to fix this. There's also no clear way to export the data to migrate over to another subscription provider! Save yourself the hassle and avoid this app.

Support is top notch, very helpful in transferring over our orders from an existing service.

It’s terrible- you have to wait days for a reply. Issues aren’t sorted still 2 weeks later. It’s ’I’ll get back to you shortly’ but they don’t actually fix the problem there and then. So now my subscriptions renew on the 1st only half are transfered over and I’m going to loose thousands. AVOID

trust subscription app is amazing and also their support team they are very quick to response and help you to make the changes according to your needs. it is perfect app, i would recommend to anyone who want to offer the lock in feature subscription thing and Great for recurring payments

Was helped by Shashank... who actively sought me out via email to help me resolve my issue. He also conducted a video conference call and then sorted out things out for my afterwards, by working within the confines of my theme and an additional app I use to make things work for me. We are very happy with how easy this app was to set up. The ream at Trust Subscriptions has been extremely helpful in getting us set up and understanding how the app functions.

I just installed this app today. I completed all my setup, including updating all emails to include my store name and logo. Probably took 1-1.5 hours overall. Everything seems fine and was pretty straightforward. The free version has what I need. Note to developers: It would be great if our logo and store name could be automatically added to the emails or "apply to all" once changed in one. Same for changing our store name from the random number identifier to our actual store name. (3524687ab.shopify.com --> My Store Name.) Thank you for updating the pricing element so quickly. I've adjusted my review and rating accordingly. :)

Easy and amazing customer service. I had a hard time figuring out where to start (user fault) and there was an issue with the widget. I contacted them and within 3 minutes, they were online and solving the issue. They even set up the subscriptions policy and altered some code to address my specific needs.
