The app is very easy for my customers to use, but what sets Subscription Plus apart is the customer service for busy business owners! I wanted to update the layout of my subscription plan and I'm not very tech savvy, Shruti scheduled a call with me to help but I lost internet due to a storm in my area. Shruti, had enough information about what I was trying to accomplish and made the updates and let me know when they were complete! I can't thank her enough! Update: For some odd reason everything on my store went bonkers including my Subscription Plus App... I was panicked because I'm currently running and advertising a subscription promotion. Juan was able to help me immediately and solve everything for me immediately. Love the Subscription Plus app and team!
