I've put off writing this review for a long time, hoping it would get better. But my experience with this app has cost me a ton of money, and the list just goes on and on. It started when several of my best customers, who had signed up for annual delivery, were not receiving their monthly deliveries. For months I sent them manually, fielding emails and apologizing, working with customer service, but the issue wasn't fixed. Later I realized that there were other orders that were fulfilled the first month, but never again. The only way for me to know this was to go through each order one. At one point I signed up myself to receive the product, and received an email addressed to another customer! I lost hundreds of dollars with this app, dozens of work hours, and some good customers. I'm so sad that I put my customers' security at risk. Please stay away from this app; there are much better ones out there.
