Great support to get it working properly. We're not that good with all settings so it was good to being able to contact them and they got back as soon as they could. I'm happy with it all and especially that it's FREE!

Is a lot more straightforward than other options I tried, has the ability to do simpler tasks. Customer service from Averil from this company was super prompt, personal and efficient

We've been with easto since launching our online store and they have been great to work with. The app is very easy to use for us and seems to be easy to use on our customers' end as well to edit or cancel their subscriptions. When we've needed support or to troubleshoot any issues, the easto team have been extremely responsive and have quickly resolved any issues. Highly reccommend.

Outstanding support and truly next-level team Averil was my support rep and she was absolutely amazing. Super nice, very knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me get everything done properly! She helped me migrate and transfer all my subscriptions seamlessly, assisted with custom widgets, and gave a very detailed product walkthrough so I actually understood how everything works. What really impressed me is that I had a very specific, non-standard use case that required developer involvement. Instead of pushing back or giving generic answers, the team worked with me to find the right solution. The developers implemented exactly what I needed, and we collaborated until it worked perfectly. I’ve honestly never encountered a team this responsive, flexible, and willing to build an out-of-the-box custom solution. I highly recommend Easto Subscriptions to both Shopify and non-Shopify merchants. This company is on a different level, easily one of the best teams I’ve worked with.

I started using the Easto Subscriptions app to simplify recurring orders for my customers and to offer exclusive perks like discounts and early access—especially for my Charm Infusion Tea and Fruity Chip Crisps products. What I love most about the app: The easy setup for subscription plans The ability to offer custom discounts for first-time subscribers Seamless integration with Shopify and a user-friendly interface These features have made it much easier for my customers to subscribe and stay engaged, which has directly improved customer retention and recurring revenue for my brand. My Favourite App it makes passive sales a no brainer - has all the functionality I need it looks good, easy to use , and the support is second to none. Mida and Easton are incredible and when I need alterations to the app for both of our sites they are friendly helpful and extremely effective often implementing new features by he next day. Our situation was a little complicated importing subscriptions from an app that was closing but I'm glad we have moved over, this works better the analytics are great and I know we're in good hands with the support we received, Easto Subscriptions helped us transfer from our other site and were invaluable. 15/5* :)

Really great app with super helpful team - we were transferring from an app that was not working for us and Mida was so helpful assisting us with transferring - their dev team Easton and Harry did a great job formatting the data to set us up to start quickly again with minimal disruption - on our second site they were even quicker, could not recommend highly enough! When I have requested adjustments they are extremely helpful and the app was easy to set up
