I have just started using this app but so far it has everything that I need to launch my first subscription box with my customers! The tech support team has been super helpful in getting the widget to work correctly with my theme! I am excited to continue to use this app and see what happens in the future :)

I had just a few simple questions when using this new app, I asked during off hours and their chatbot responded with a reasonable answer. But I was surprised when I opened the chat window the next day to find a real person had taken the time to respond with an even better option. Definitely happy with this app for my shopify store subscriptions

Very awesome and advanced app, and right now its free?! I had an issue with my widget which the tech support solved in under a day, I really recommend this app!

LOVE this app! It was exactly what we were looking for... downloaded app and spent a few hours adding French translations to everything to accomodate our customers. The set-up process was easy by following the guide and the help and knowledge base was very helpful and easy to understand. Since I am not very knowledgable with CSS coding, we reached out on their CHAT and Stefan was able to fix a custom color for us within a few minutes! Very impressed with the app so far and the customer service is impeccable! Linda

This app has been a blessing! Also, as a designer, the UI design and the options to change the widget's colors and styles really come in handy. But what really stands out is the customer service. Every time I have an issue, they have an AI that helps you answer basic questions, and if the AI can't help, they immediately have a CS rep ready to help.

I've tested most of the "top" subscription apps on the Shopify app store and this is simply the best. It offers comprehensive functionality, is thoughtfully designed, and is both easy to set up and intuitive to use. Best of all, the support from the team is outstanding - real people, not bots. They are responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. They made the migration to Super Subscription smooth and hassle free.

Recently installed this for our store and it's been a delight working with them. The support team (Stefan and developers) have been amazing in resolving issues quickly and are always willing to offer help!

The app has helped us to manage subscriptions in our first year of business. Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty straightforward. On one or two occasions, I've had questions and I use the support tab on the side. Someone (a real person) reaches out to me and guides me through the issue. Thank you guys for a simple, free product. Black Mountain Roasters definitely appreciates you all.

Stefan and the crew have been great to work with. They continue to add features like the variable discount feature. They are very quick to respond and answer any questions I have too.

stefan just helped me fix a problem (user error on my part) and explained what I needed to adjust and how. extremely quick and professional support, thank you! The app is also pretty easy to use and configure, I was just having a moment tonight :-). nice to know that there is excellent help when my brain is tired.

The entire team was super helpful in making the migration to their platform very easy. We had to troubleshoot some issues and Stefan and the developers did not hesitate to work late in the night to make sure the billing cycle go live would go seamlessly. Very happy with the platform so far. Super easy to use and by far the most competitive (currently free!!!). We used Bold and Recharge before and Super Subscriptions customer service is another level! Highly recommend
