What I like most is that it saves our team time. Most of our customer questions get handled automatically, and only the ones that need a person reach us. We just setup a campaign where we ask 4 questions on WhatsApp and recommend products based on our customers response helping us sell 2 to 3 products in one go. Looks like you can do alot with Flowcart.
