Sumtracker has been a game changer for our business. We are a manufacturer that utilizes multiple local subcontractors to produce our product. Sumtracker allows us to send PO's to those subcontractors and keep track accurately. The bundle feature of Sumtracker is also extremely helpful, as we use it for the retail side (product bundles), but we also use bundles for keeping track of components that need to be ordered from our subcontractors. The staff is always very helpful when we have questions and are always open to our suggestions. I forsee Sumtracker becoming even more advanced over time, so we are excited to see new features along the way!

This app is straight forward and the support is super fast and helpful. We tried several other similar apps in the last 2 years and nothing came close to Sumtracker. Best inventory management app when you need BOM lists of products / Bundle inventory.

We've had a great experience using this inventory management app. Their customer service is amazing, very responsive and genuinely helpful. Nav took the time to walk us through our inventory count and followed up to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend this app to any business looking for reliable inventory management backed by a strong support team.

After trying over a handfull of apps Sumtracker finally provided us with a solution for our biggest challenges. The installation and setup went very smooth. Within a few hours I already was on a videocall with one of their staff who was able to answer all of my questions. The price is a bit higher than other apps but everything works and it saves us a lot of time, which is a win! Thank you

We have been very satisfied with implementing Sumtracker into our platform as our Stock Management System. The unique bundling function has been a key feature to how we manage stock in form of products and components today. Meanwhile the Inventory tracking, reports and PO system are very easy to work with, while the team behind ST has been prompt to respond and answer any questions we might have.

AWFUL JUST MESSED UP ALL MY STOCK LEVELS Brilliant customer service telling me I'm wrong, I actually uninstalled the app and then attempted it again using another email so check the original install and you will see YOU DID mess up my stock levels. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL.

This behavior is shown in multiple warnings during setup, but we understand it can be missed. As soon as you reached out, our team immediately worked on retrieving all your inventory levels exactly as they were in your Shopify account before installing the app. Once we gathered this data, we contacted you through WhatsApp, phone, and email to help restore everything. To fix the inventory on your store, we simply need you to reconnect your Shopify store to Sumtracker so we can apply the correct levels. I have received outstanding support from Ankit and the team at Sumtracker. They have helped multiple times with calls while we transfer our inventory system over to Sumtracker. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

ST has been a huge help in our shop! While all apps have bugs and new versions to learn, ST is consistently working to improve their app and processes. Whenever an issue arises they are extremely helpful with quick replies, personalized video assistance, and great tips.

Perfect app for inventory management and for anyone using 'bundles' of products for easy management and costing. Support has also been amazing during our onboarding with quick and detail responses and guidance.

Really great tool for our inventory with highly customizable items that are made out of components. Wonderful customer support! They take time to respond (~24 hours), but they provide great solutions.

Sumtracker is the perfect tool for managing our inventory, PO and anything related to managing our SKUs, bundles and components. We used to be on a 2000$ tool and Sumtracker is equivalent if not better. Until we move to an ERP, I don't see us going anywhere. A lot come from Ankit and his team - they're super responsive and helpful. They want to make their tool better and they want to help you. I've never waited more than 12 hours for an answer. 5 stars and kudos to them
