A Game-Changer for Inventory Control and Logistics Sumtracker has transformed how we manage our inventory, suppliers, and logistics. It's exciting to eliminate multiple spreadsheets and gain a sense of control over our stock and purchasing while providing visibility to our team. The software is intuitive, and updates helpful. But what stands out most is their customer service. They're highly responsive, attentive to detail, and they've even anticipated our needs before we asked. Highly recommend!

EXCELLENT APP for fast and accurate syncing between stores and also very useful with product bundles, which I had been doing manually. I did recently decide to close all of my marketplace sites (tired of their fees) so I won't need this app anymore but it was very good while I had it and it is recommended. If I decide to go back to marketplace this is the app I would choose for my syncs.

I was astonished to find that although there are many inventory management systems, very few both calculate average costs and provide the ability to receive purchase orders. Sumtracker is the most cost-effective option I have been able to find in Shopify's network, and their customer service is highly responsive, communicates clearly, and is helpful. I would happily recommend them, especially if you are a new business.

I had a trial version of this app to help with purchase orders. I synched the inventory, but did not allow it to make adjustments through the app screen, as all my staff access the inventory from mobile POS. I discovered that every time there was an adjustment in our inventory - adding stock, accepting refunds, etc., after a short period of time (sometimes hours, sometimes days after!) the app would reverse the change, removing the inventory we added or adding inventory we manually removed! This was super frustrating, as then our stock was out. I went through the apps dashboard to try and see a history of changes to know what to fix, but their internal system said there were no changes on the app's part. However, when filtering through the Shopify system, I was able to find 27 times the app reversed our changes - sometimes multiple times for the same product after we fixed it. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. It made extra work for my staff and I, and it was very frustrating that it said it was only synching information when in reality it was adjusting things behind our back, which we did not give it permissions to do.
We are sorry to hear about this experience. During the setup process, Sumtracker displays multiple confirmations and warnings that clearly state Sumtracker will act as the master source for inventory in your store. This is a core part of how the sync works — once enabled, Sumtracker maintains inventory accuracy by syncing its records to Shopify, which can override manual changes made outside the app. This behavior is by design and is communicated at several steps before sync is activated. That said, I understand that this may have been overlooked during setup, and I appreciate you sharing this feedback. I do want to note that we did not receive any support ticket or message from your team while this was happening. Had we been contacted, we would have been able to explain the sync behavior, help adjust the settings, or restore inventory levels promptly. We are constantly available for support and offer unlimited assistance with account setup and configuration. If required, we work closely with merchants to ensure everything is set up correctly for their specific workflow. Sumtracker has been a game changer for our business. We are a manufacturer that utilizes multiple local subcontractors to produce our product. Sumtracker allows us to send PO's to those subcontractors and keep track accurately. The bundle feature of Sumtracker is also extremely helpful, as we use it for the retail side (product bundles), but we also use bundles for keeping track of components that need to be ordered from our subcontractors. The staff is always very helpful when we have questions and are always open to our suggestions. I forsee Sumtracker becoming even more advanced over time, so we are excited to see new features along the way!

This app is straight forward and the support is super fast and helpful. We tried several other similar apps in the last 2 years and nothing came close to Sumtracker. Best inventory management app when you need BOM lists of products / Bundle inventory.

We've had a great experience using this inventory management app. Their customer service is amazing, very responsive and genuinely helpful. Nav took the time to walk us through our inventory count and followed up to make sure everything was good. After trying over a handfull of apps Sumtracker finally provided us with a solution for our biggest challenges. The installation and setup went very smooth. Within a few hours I already was on a videocall with one of their staff who was able to answer all of my questions. The price is a bit higher than other apps but everything works and it saves us a lot of time, which is a win! Thank you

We have been very satisfied with implementing Sumtracker into our platform as our Stock Management System. The unique bundling function has been a key feature to how we manage stock in form of products and components today. Meanwhile the Inventory tracking, reports and PO system are very easy to work with, while the team behind ST has been prompt to respond and answer any questions we might have.

AWFUL JUST MESSED UP ALL MY STOCK LEVELS Brilliant customer service telling me I'm wrong, I actually uninstalled the app and then attempted it again using another email so check the original install and you will see YOU DID mess up my stock levels. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL.
