DELETES YOUR INVENTORY DO NOT USE
Hi Nick, We’re sorry to hear about the issue you faced with your inventory. Sumtracker syncs stock based on SKUs, and when many products share the same SKU, all of them will update together. This behavior is shown in multiple warnings during setup, but we understand it can be missed. As soon as you reached out, our team immediately worked on retrieving all your inventory levels exactly as they were in your Shopify account before installing the app. Once we gathered this data, we contacted you through WhatsApp, phone, and email to help restore everything. To fix the inventory on your store, we simply need you to reconnect your Shopify store to Sumtracker so we can apply the correct levels. Without this step, we’re unable to make the changes on your behalf. We’re fully ready to resolve this — we just need your cooperation to proceed. I have received outstanding support from Ankit and the team at Sumtracker. They have helped multiple times with calls while we transfer our inventory system over to Sumtracker. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

ST has been a huge help in our shop! While all apps have bugs and new versions to learn, ST is consistently working to improve their app and processes. Whenever an issue arises they are extremely helpful with quick replies, personalized video assistance, and great tips.

Perfect app for inventory management and for anyone using 'bundles' of products for easy management and costing. Support has also been amazing during our onboarding with quick and detail responses and guidance.

Really great tool for our inventory with highly customizable items that are made out of components. Wonderful customer support! They take time to respond (~24 hours), but they provide great solutions.

Sumtracker is the perfect tool for managing our inventory, PO and anything related to managing our SKUs, bundles and components. We used to be on a 2000$ tool and Sumtracker is equivalent if not better. Until we move to an ERP, I don't see us going anywhere. A lot come from Ankit and his team - they're super responsive and helpful. They want to make their tool better and they want to help you. I've never waited more than 12 hours for an answer. 5 stars and kudos to them

Ankit & the team are constantly on the ball with customer support. They have released several updates since we have had the system, which is good to know they are still investing time and improving their system which is one of the main reasons we left our previous management system. Their system solved several major issue we had with our previous inventory management software all at a very competitive price for our market point.

Outstanding customer service. This app is far more functional than other inventory apps I have used (Shopify native, Trunk) so it is more complicated to use. Every time I have had a question customer support has promptly walked me through it step by step. I thought that working outside of Shopify would be more cumbersome than it is. I highly recommend this app.
