We added Sumtracker to our Shopify store in August 2022 and have been using this App very successfully. We have found the product to be very efficient in managing our inventory and it has been especially helpful in creating out purchase orders from our suppliers. Both placing the orders as well as receiving the inventory has been wonderful. Also, we had what we referred to as "Kits" with a variety of products contained in them that we were having to manage manually. With the Bundles feature within Sumtracker, we no longer need to do this. Sumtracker manages our Kits for us. This has saved us tons of manual hours. We have to say that the absolute best part of the product is the personalized CUSTOMER SERVICE. We get our answers and assistance swiftly and with great clarity. On top of all of this when we have needed a measure of an upgrade, our request is taken seriously and given consideration and in every instance the App has been upgraded. We highly recommend this product to anyone who is in need of a Shopify Inventory and Order management system. The trial period offered gave us the opportunity to fall in love with the product and know that it is worth it. AND the bonus is the sliding scale for packages based on sales volume. Fantastic App! The team behind it couldn't be any more helpful. The features and functionality are excellent, almost exactly what we needed. Whenever we have run into a challenge, they've come back with solutions so quickly. And they've added new features to help us with our business case. Couldn't recommend this enough! Amazing App! Super helpful. We use it for so many things: bundles, inventory and stock control, PO's... The customer service is one of the best i've ever seen. Answers are almost immediate, and they're even open (and so fast!) to make improvements and develop new features upon a client's request. Recommend 100%

App utilissima che funziona molto bene ed è in continua evoluzione. Permette di mantenere aggiornate le giacenza tra i vari marketplace in modo quasi istantaneo. La grande differenza la fa l'assistenza che è veloce e precisa e che ascolta con grande attenzione le richieste del cliente risolvendo i problemi e fornendo in poco tempo nuove funzionalità. Per il futuro consiglierei la possibilità di permettere anche la modifica del prezzo di vendita cosi da diventare l'app di riferimento per l'utente senza bisogno poi di cercare le varie inserzioni in giro. Questo perchè di solito quando arriva la nuova merce e si aggiorna la giacenza spesso si modifica anche il prezzo di vendita.

Sumtracker is great, has all the bundle functionality we need plus easy upload functions, as well as managing stock transfers and POs. All for a much better price than any other app we have found. highly reccomend

Great App, we have close to 50 PO’s a week and this has been by far the best option of tracking the stock and supplier invoices. The App is being updated and getting better with each version and the developers are very happy to listed and implement suggested improvements Very happy to recommend both the app and the developers, great guys

Effective, super easy to use with great customer service! I'm a small business and was looking for a simple but effective app that manages stock across various sales channels, Shopify, Etsy Amazon etc. Sumtracker performs all the essentials for my inventory management without making it overly complicated. I came away from Zoho after finding it was trying to do too many things for my business needs. As an alternative I have found Sumtracker a breath of fresh air with super fast, straight talking customer service from Ankit - thank you Sumtracker team :)

It's hard to find an app that does it all: inventory plus bundles, kits, and reporting, but Sumtracker does all of these things for a very reasonable price. I've run into only one issue in the few months I've been using it. Support was fast, friendly and had the issue fixed very quickly.

We needed an app that could track inventory for bundles but also manage some light manufacturing and assembly. This app does just that! We have also requested some additional features which the developers and working to add.

After trying some other inventory management apps that each had deal-breaking bugs we moved to Sumtracker and could not be happier. We've been using it for a few months now with no issues that the very helpful support staff could not resolve for us. An easy 5 stars from me!

I would put 6 stars if i could. Sumtracker has many bulk import and export capabilities and the bundles organisation and management is clear, clean, and simple. Also, many software companies give you an out of the box software which doesn't always match everything you need. With Sumtracker, the team is always open to improve their software and listen to suggestions and actually update their software to benefit everyone. I'm sure Ankit and the team will go very far with this app. Highly recommend.

I Am Using Sumtracker Before using Shopify Because We Have Retail Stores And Warehouse Now We Are Online On Shopify As Well, And We Are Taking Benefits Here As Well. Its Been Around 1.5 years That I Am Using Sumtracker, the Services Are Really Good, I Can Manage My Stock Very Easily And Normals Languages Are Used Which Every Person Can Understand The Software In Minutes, There Customer Support Is Really Helpful And Polite. I have been using Sumtracker for inventory management for two years - since before they launched their Shopify app. I have only positive things to say about their inventory management solution, and the Shopify integration seems to be seamless too. Every single person at every single level in the supply chain has benefited from Sumtracker, despite their initial reluctance to switch from the MS Excel method of bookkeeping.
