The Sumtracker team have been so helpful with the entire onboarding process and answering all our queries along the way. Sumtracker as a platform - simplified our inventory management, easy to understand/navigate, enabled us to sync all our stores, super easy to revert to when placing a stock order. Overall, it has been a huge gamechanger for our business. Highly highly recommend this app, especially if you're looking to sync multiple stores.

They did it! - The team at Sumtracker finally solved the challenge for us small eCommerce stores with an Inventory management system that actually works. I was literally set up and syncing my stock between Etsy and Shopify in less than an hour! - They have managed to consolidate all the most vital features and offer them in a simple, neat, and clean interface. Awesome job guys!

Super easy app to work with. The team is very responsive. Etsy changed some stuff up, and nothing would sync. However, they worked relentlessly to fix the problem and get everything back up and running correctly. I highly recommend this app if you run inventory on multiple platforms.

Just finished trial and subscribed because its that good! Even in trial, the support is quick and amazing. Its incredible how well this works. It updates instantly. Even making changes to part numbers, it syncs up immediately and does not mess up the bundles already in place. I would love to see the 5k import limit increased. That is the only downside for us with larger stores.

After two year of my inventory being an absolute mess, I found this app and it has been a total game changer. Super easy to set up and use. Finally have my inventory all in one place, integrating with so many sales channels. The customer service is next level. Never have I ever had better customer service with an app than I have with this one. All emails are answered within 24hrs or less, and they are so helpful! Have hopped on video calls and everything. Such a pleasure to work with Sumtrackr I highly recommend this to anyone who is selling in multiple channels and needs to track their inventory.

Sumtracker has simplified my inventory process and was EXACTLY what my business needed. The platform is very user friendly and the customer support is amazing! I would highly recommend this app for any business. I'm so happy with it!

LIFESAVER! I have a complex business model with a strange way to manage inventory. I spent hours and hours researching apps and finally came across Sumtracker. It has honestly been game changing for me. The app is soooo easy to use. Set up was easy. The team have been so helpful. They helped on-board me and have been at hand to answer questions. I give this app and the team a 10/10. Best part is....this is the first time in 2 years I have been across my inventory! No unhappy customers plus I am saving money by not over ordering stock.

Great customer service so far, we have 4 Shopify accounts under Sumtracker updating inventory for our 10 locations around the US and Mexico. Every time we have an issue or want to get a new feature that will help us managing our stores the development team is always there to help us.

We had so many issues with Sumtrackr adding inventory randomly. It messed up our entire inventory of over 2000 products. We reached out and sent screen shots of the randomly added inventory when no one was even on the back end of shopify working and the response we got consistently was that it was something we were doing.
Hi Melissa, This is a case of big mis-understanding that has happened between us. We shared the important points to know while using Sumtracker. They were not intended to show that you are not following them. We wanted to notify you of the best practices. We can still prove that Sumtrackr did not mess up the inventory. We have the exact inventory history log in Sumtracker as well as in Shopify. Using these I could see that Sumtracker was updating the inventory as expected. I requested to get on a call so I could show you what exactly happened. Since you did not schedule any call, I explained in the mail what had happened. You again mistook it that we are blaming you. While it was not the case. Despite our repeated attempts, you did not get on a call so we could explain our case. And if we explained the facts in the mail, you took it as an attempt to blame you. While it was surely not so. I request you to please read our messages again. Inspite of being on the right side, we apologised many times to show empathy towards your experience. We have also issued the full refund for all the payments that you've made for Sumtrackr. Our customers are highly precious for us. Your review breaks our team heart, especially because we left no stone unturned in being in communication with you and trying to show you how Sumtrackr was working. However, as we can see it did not work out. Despite your review, we will continue to work hard on our product and focus on the delight of our customers. We wish you all the best for your endeavours. The Sumtrackr app is great. We've been using the app for about 2 months. Any time that we've had any questions they were promptly addressed. Over the last 13 plus years we've used several different apps to sync our inventory across multiple channels. None of the apps we used in the past did as well as this one. This app is a keeper!

Fast syncing for our 4 stores, it has an easy to navigate interface and the price is very reasonable, especially compared to the competition's apps, (many of which we've used). Don't have a review of support, but we really haven't needed it...this app just works. Very happy so far.

Brilliant app for inventory management across multiple platforms - don't know how we ever worked without it. One of the best features is the bundles system, especially for products that require assembly. Any bulk CSV uploads are very easy to do as well. The customer support is also fantastic.

Sumtracker has been a great addition to our company and our unique needs of having the same SKU for several Options that we carry, having multiple stores was not an issue and the best part is the team is responsive within 24 hours. I strongly recommend this App for Inventory management.

We added Sumtracker to our Shopify store in August 2022 and have been using this App very successfully. We have found the product to be very efficient in managing our inventory and it has been especially helpful in creating out purchase orders from our suppliers. Both placing the orders as well as receiving the inventory has been wonderful. Also, we had what we referred to as "Kits" with a variety of products contained in them that we were having to manage manually. With the Bundles feature within Sumtracker, we no longer need to do this. Sumtracker manages our Kits for us. This has saved us tons of manual hours. We have to say that the absolute best part of the product is the personalized CUSTOMER SERVICE. We get our answers and assistance swiftly and with great clarity. On top of all of this when we have needed a measure of an upgrade, our request is taken seriously and given consideration and in every instance the App has been upgraded. We highly recommend this product to anyone who is in need of a Shopify Inventory and Order management system. The trial period offered gave us the opportunity to fall in love with the product and know that it is worth it. AND the bonus is the sliding scale for packages based on sales volume. Fantastic App! The team behind it couldn't be any more helpful. The features and functionality are excellent, almost exactly what we needed. Whenever we have run into a challenge, they've come back with solutions so quickly. And they've added new features to help us with our business case. Couldn't recommend this enough! Well done to the team and looking forward to working together for a long time.

Amazing App! Super helpful. We use it for so many things: bundles, inventory and stock control, PO's... The customer service is one of the best i've ever seen. Answers are almost immediate, and they're even open (and so fast!) to make improvements and develop new features upon a client's request. Recommend 100%

App utilissima che funziona molto bene ed è in continua evoluzione. Permette di mantenere aggiornate le giacenza tra i vari marketplace in modo quasi istantaneo. La grande differenza la fa l'assistenza che è veloce e precisa e che ascolta con grande attenzione le richieste del cliente risolvendo i problemi e fornendo in poco tempo nuove funzionalità. Per il futuro consiglierei la possibilità di permettere anche la modifica del prezzo di vendita cosi da diventare l'app di riferimento per l'utente senza bisogno poi di cercare le varie inserzioni in giro. Questo perchè di solito quando arriva la nuova merce e si aggiorna la giacenza spesso si modifica anche il prezzo di vendita.

Sumtracker is great, has all the bundle functionality we need plus easy upload functions, as well as managing stock transfers and POs. All for a much better price than any other app we have found. highly reccomend

Great App, we have close to 50 PO’s a week and this has been by far the best option of tracking the stock and supplier invoices. The App is being updated and getting better with each version and the developers are very happy to listed and implement suggested improvements Very happy to recommend both the app and the developers, great guys
