I can highly recommend this app. Anyone who sells on multiple platforms or marketplaces will love the quick synchronization of inventory. Since I got this app, I haven't had any overselling. It is very easy to use and bundles can also be integrated without any problems. There are also many other functions in the app. Support also responds quickly to problems and was able to help me. Highly Recommended.

I've been using sumtracker since the beginning of the year. I had encountered a few problems during that time. Each time I reached out i would get an email a day or so later stating that they could no longer find the error I saw in inventory etc. Their suggestion is to schedule a call to discuss the problem. Only I'm in the US and they wanted me to call them at 3am. The latest problem caused me to oversell 4 different items that previously had been out of stock. The software update on Monday and added inventory to these listings and caused me a huge nightmare. Support took a day to respond once again saying that they didn't see any problem. I had included error numbers and messages. They never did clarify what any of them meant. I though the program had potential but I'd suggest you look elsewhere.

After looking for months for a solution that could help me separate SKUs in bundles, I finally found Sumtracker. Kush and the team have been extremely helpful in the process, while developoing the Packing List that I needed for the warehouse fulfilment. Had this app for 9 months now and CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT IT! If you need to sync inventory between 2 or more stores/platforms then this app is a must have. Plus the support from Ankit is fast and they keep adding features to make my job even easier, most recently working on a picklist feature! Love everything about Sumtracker and highly recommend it is great value for the time savings it offers!

I have used multiple inventory management software in the past and this one by far is the easiest to use and the best quality. I haven't come across any bugs or errors. Other platforms I have used in the past seem to have heaps of bugs that is not ideal when tracking inventory. We use this app to bundle products to their components. We have HEAPS of listings on Shopify, eBay and Etsy and it works really well for us. The platform is very intuitive and they are always looking for ways to improve their system. Customer service is also top notch!

I highly recommend this Inventory Control App. We looked at many inventory apps recommended by Shopify but only Sumtracker could do what we needed. We have two brick and mortar boutiques and two online stores on two different platforms. We needed to combine all of our inventory from all of our locations, from two different platforms, into one location because all our inventory is shared by all of our locations. Shopify alone did not fulfill our need. So, we added the Sumtracker App. We had a lot of questions. Kush and Ankit were there for us every step of the way. We had several video conferences with them and many emails. And after all that SUCCESS !!! We were able to update and add our inventory to Sumtracker and now we are so relieved to have all of our inventory controlled in one location but is sold in four locations. Shopify reports tells me which location sold the merchandise while Sumtracker keeps track of our inventory. We are now able to keep better track of what we have in inventory. Thank You Sumtracker !!!!

I recently started using the inventory software and I can confidently say that it has transformed the way I manage stock inventory across my multiple shops. This software is incredibly easy to use, intuitive, and has been an excellent solution for all the difficulties I faced with inventory management. Very nice app. It functions very well and has a nice clean interface that runs smoothly(which was hard to find in our case) The support team has been top notch. They are very responsive and worked hard to solve any problems that I had. I would highly recommend this app for your inventory needs!

I looked at a few different options for inventory management, including Zoho among others - this one beat them all with its simplicity - it has everything I needed to allow effective inventory tracking and purchase ordering, with no unneeded extras slowing it down. Very easy to install initially with everything syncing up to Shopify perfectly. Well done to the Sumtracker team, thank you.

I'm very happy with Sumtracker support. I was having an issue with some of my inventory bulk updates and submitted a support request ( on a Sunday afternoon) and I received as response within only a couple of hours. after some back and forth, found it was a misunderstanding on my side and once explained I was able to make the updates in bulk.

We use 3 different only platforms to sell our products, and have over 1,000 SKU's ... I'm very happy with this app. It gives us peace of mind when it comes to having all of the platforms up to date with the correct quantities. At first I was wary due to its simplicity ... but now I see the brilliance in its simplicity, as it is simple and clear in a world of complex businesses. But, truly, what I appreciate the most is their hands-on approach to the onboarding. They understand that each business is different, and our thought process and needs are different, so Ankit jumped on a Zoom with me and patiently took the time to answer all questions, and send a follow up email with the links as a reminder of our call. That little effort on their end, saved us tons of hours trying to figure things out. (I am comparing it to the experience with other apps). Thank you, Ankit and team!

What's clear from developer's response is that they have zero interest in fixing their app or discovering what went wrong. He's gotten into a barrage of denials. Ask yourself if something goes wrong do you want debugging or griping? Terrible app, completely f's up your inventory across multiple channels, specifically Etsy. Confuses different shops, pulls products out of archive on Shopify(!), makes stuff active on one Etsy shop when it should be assoc. with another. If you're trying to sync Shopify with Etsy then good luck - over 40 listings are newly renewed across two Etsy shops. What's hilarious about this is that I got two orders on Etsy during the debacle and, yup, you guessed it - inventory didn't update. And these reviews saying "team is responsive?" Fake. Not sure why Shopify is leaving this app up. So the issue with "getting a call" or "getting help" is that the app is gone from my shop. I don't need "help" and no amount of speaking on the phone will fix the issues. And, why would I invite a call where the developer is calling me a liar and saying that my entire review is a lie in emails? Yah, right. App developers need to understand the Etsy platform in order to manage inventory there. In no circumstances should listings be moved from de-active to active without confirmation. In no circumstances should listings be duplicated across Etsy shops - Etsy is very clear about this. Duplicate listing is cause for shop closure - all shops assoc. with same IP. Seriously? Sumtracker has been amazing for us. We searched far and wide for a software that could effectively manage our inventory. We do on-demand shirt printing, so Sumtracker's bundling capabilities are critical to our operations. We need to know how many products are possible based on all of the different iterations of apparel blanks and transfers. We tried 5 different softwares before finally finding Sumtracker, and it has made our lives so much easier. Nothing seemed to care for our exact use case, but it became obvious to us very quickly that the Sumtracker team understood exactly what we were looking for. Ankit & the team have provided exceptional service for us - responding within a day to any questions or comments over email, and is always available to jump on a quick call. I highly recommend using Sumtracker for inventory management, it's been amazing to work with.

Brilliant app. I've been using it for about 6 months and can genuinely say it's saved me hours. I sell a lot of stock in bundles, on both Shopify and Etsy. Before using SumTracker I was trying to download sales reports and updating stock manually which was time consuming, but at Christmas when sales were high, I'd still run out of stock partway through the day leading to disappointed customers. SumTracker updates both channels with accurate stock in minutes. It was easy to set up and use. Customer service when I've needed it have been really knowledgeable and supportive.
