Sup Dropshipping has significantly simplified how I manage my Shopify orders. The automatic order sync works smoothly, and I no longer need to worry about manual processing. Their sourcing team is responsive and helped me find Better Priced products compared to my previous suppliers. Overall, a very reliable solution for daily operations Highly recommended!!!!!!!

Sup Dropshipping looks good on the surface, but the actual experience is very disappointing. The dashboard is confusing and slow, and order syncing is unreliable—many orders require manual fixing despite the “automatic” promise. Product sourcing takes too long, and communication with suppliers is inconsistent and delayed. The Print on Demand mockups are very basic and limited, and the product quality does not match what is shown in the previews. Shipping times are extremely slow, with little transparency, which leads to unhappy customers and refunds. Customer support is another major issue. Responses are slow, often unhelpful, and sometimes completely ignore the real problem. While they advertise branding and custom packaging, these services are expensive and not worth the cost. Overall, Sup Dropshipping overpromises and underdelivers. Not recommended for serious Shopify store owners who value reliability, fast shipping, and professional support.
