I paid for a customer order two days ago, the order was marked as paid, and then moved to 'pending'. That was two days ago, I've been waiting since then to atleast get a tracking number that I can forward to my customer to no avail. I've tried reaching sup dropshipping through email, Whatsapp, Facebook, and chat with no reply from them. On top of the fact that their order processing is slow, which can lead to refunds and chargebacks, they also have VERY UNRESPONSIVE customer service. That's why I came here to leave a 1 star review. This was my first and last time using them. I've been working with other suppliers and I've never had this kind of POOR, SLOW, and UNRESPONSIVE customer service and order processing. Avoid at all costs if you don't want problems with customer refunds and chargebacks due to slow order processing, and unresponsive customer service, which will also lead to problems with your payment processor. If I could give 0 stars, I would, very TERRIBLE service.
