We recently upgraded to Shopify 2.0. With this upgrade, we had to remove our older Pack Builder (Bundle Builder) and build something from scratch that functioned similarly to our previous design to prevent any customer confusion. After trying one or two other apps with no success, we found SupaEasy, and it met all of our functionality requirements. Our logic is on the more complex side, so there have been a few obstacles. Every time I’ve encountered an issue, Andrea has been available immediately and takes the time to explain why the problem occurred. I even spoke with him at the airport while waiting to board a flight. I told him I’d get in touch once I was at my gate, he responded right away, and the issue was resolved before I boarded. Rock-solid customer service!

This app give you all the flexibility to configure all discount options you can think off. We use it to offer a GWP in different markets and currencies with a script. Also there are plenty templates available. It is reliable, just as the support which is fast and personal. Highly recommend!

our australia counterpart recommended this app to solve custom discount mechanics as shopify doesn't support discount calculation from RRP (price before discount) / compare at price. highly recommended this app if you're looking for customised discount mechanics. their support team (andrea and fabio) is very responsive and helpful in solving our problem. they also go above and beyond to brainstorm and have a quick call to discuss how their app can support business.

We have been using SupaEasy for over a year to power our site-wide sales for our spring, summer, fall and BFCM events. The app has been rock solid and when we have run into questions or issues the team has been very responsive in helping out. Being able to run the functions in "high performance" mode powered by Rust allows us to make sure the discounts run with carts that have a high number of line items. As a team we have multiple custom app Functions we deploy, but SupaEasy is the perfect supplement that anyone on the team can easily set up and toggle on/off.

We have three stores and needed custom backend logic for them, but since they aren’t on Plus, Supaeasy made it much easier for us to handle campaign-level implementations using their editor. The customer service has also been excellent, thanks, Andrea!

I could not be more impressed with SupaEasy. Our discount taxonomy is very strict and robust and SupaEasy was able to handle all of our use cases. Additionally, their customer service was second to none. Any time we had a question or needed to talk during our implementation, the SupaEasy team responded promptly with quick answers and solutions to our problem. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a discounting app to utilize SupaEasy!

We're been using SupaEasy for a while now and honestly, it lives up to the name. The app makes it super simple to create and manage Shopify Functions without having to code much. We were able to move away from Shopify Scripts and set up things like tiered discounts, dynamic discount and checkout validation. What really stands out is the support. Andrea and the team are incredibly responsive every time I had a question, they jumped in right away and even helped build a couple of custom functions for us in minutes. That kind of service is rare. The interface is clean and easy to understand, and the Copilot AI function generator is a game changer if you’re not technical. Pricing is fair for what you get. If you’re struggling with scripts or just want more control over discounts, shipping, or checkout rules, this app is 100% worth it. It’s one of the best Shopify apps I’ve installed in a long time.

Another well-deserved 5-Star review! SupaEasy made the transition from Shopify Scripts supa easy! The app is very robust and offers endless functionality. It handles tiered pricing, conditionally removes payment methods, reorders shipping methods, performs checkout validation, and more, with ease. The support deserves a sixth star! Andrea is super responsive, super helpful, and has even built custom functions to resolve issues in a matter of minutes! Recommend this app, hands down!
