He was super quick to jump in and help me set up a custom function that blocks certain products from getting specific order-level discount codes. I had to move off Shopify Scripts and landed on Supaeasy Promos. I was expecting something basic, but honestly, the app is pretty slick. It does a lot more than I thought—setting up complex promos is actually easy, and everything looks professional. What surprised me most is how responsive the support team is. Any time I had a question, they got back to me quickly and actually helped solve the issue. The migration went smoothly, and now I can set up promos way faster than before. If you’re worried about switching off Scripts, this app makes it simple. Plus, it feels a lot more “fancy” than the name suggests.

Contains a lot of features that Shopify does not include out of the box to make much stronger promos. Andrea was also super prompt and helpful when I had an issue I couldn't solve!

We aren't on Shopify Plus and don't have access to scripts so this app is exactly what we were looking for to give us a certain functionality we were looking for. We had some questions on how to best implement and their support was amazing - incredibly quick to respond and had the functionality up and running on our site same-day (less than 30min honestly). Definitely recommend!

This is really an amazing app - we needed it for a bit more complex shipping rules, like hiding a shipping option when the product packaging exceeds a certain dimension, price or weight. I quickly got a reply from Andrea, that this is possible with SupaEasy and he prepared the function for me. Later I needed a similar function and with AI assistant, it was easy to customise the original function that Andrea created for me. We're also planning to use SupaEasy for payment customisations. I'm looking forward to it, as it is really easy to use the AI assistant, and if you need help, Andrea and Fabio are just a message away. It is a pleasure to work with them - they are true professionals!

I was trying to achieve the ability to hide all payment methods except for gift card and was struggling but app support was super helpful and responsive and able to custom build something for me to make this work, would highly recommend.
