You can download a Basic QR Code as many times you want. I have reached out to you via email to understand the glitch you are facing. We will sort this out soon.

Very unreliable with their free plan. The dynamic QR codes are all deactivated and force you to upgrade to a paid plan. Doesn't seem to matter if you get rid of unused dynamic QR codes, they'll still force you to do. And of course won't tell you they do it. Embarrassed when angry customers came back saying the code wouldn't work.
I am sorry to hear that you had an embarrassing moment with frustrated customers. We send multiple emails after you create a Dynamic QR codes on the free plan. There is a countdown that tells you how long the QR code will expire in. However, I have taken your review as a strong feedback and we will ensure to keep our communication clear going forward.
