I had the idea to add a QR code to my packing slip to make it easier for customers to leave a review for the product they ordered. I wanted this because it catches them in the heat of the moment, when they’re still feeling the excitement of their purchase. Since I couldn’t set it up myself, I decided to try it using the Super QR Code Generator app. To save time and see if it was even possible, I reached out to the chat support, where I spoke with Vikash. He asked me about my needs and confirmed that it was indeed possible to create this with their application. I agreed, and he and his colleague Ravi immediately helped me set everything up.
