Super Trust Badges & Icons

This is a terrible app that simply doesn't work. I set up my trust badges, embedded the app into my theme, and activated the badges. I configured them to display in all countries and take effect immediately. Even after inserting the code, they still don't appear on my product page. I’ve tried many times, and now I’m completely giving up on this awful app.

So far, it’s only been issues. I’ve been in contact with Rashim from support, but she doesn’t seem to fully understand how the app works. The selected font still isn’t showing despite being told it was fixed. I also can’t upload my own icons, which is a basic feature the app claims to support. On top of that, I’m trying to minimize the spacing between icons on mobile for a better user experience, and was told that option doesn’t exist (even though it clearly does in the app "design" section). I just need to make it smaller even more. Overall, support has been unhelpful, and key features simply aren’t working as expected. Really disappointing so far. Highly do not recommend.
