Dan and the Supercart team have been absolutely fantastic to work with. From the very beginning, Dan was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me get everything set up correctly. No matter what questions I had, he replied quickly with clear solutions and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working as it should. It's rare to receive this level of customer service, especially when implementing a new app. I highly recommend Dan and the entire Supercart team to anyone looking for a powerful cart solution backed by exceptional support. Supercart is really spectacular and the implementation was seamless. Dan goes above and beyond and helps to make sure everything is running smoothly! You won't find better, more hands on support than with Supercart and also their other app Superspeed which I highly recommend!
We recently switched to Supercart and have been really happy with it so far. The customer service has been fantastic! Dan helped us get everything integrated smoothly and made sure it worked with our package protection feature. We’re also really enjoying the AI features the cart offers.

We're just getting started with this app, and so far it is exactly what we are looking for. However, I'm giving SuperCart 5-stars because the customer support has been incredible. Dan has been extremely helpful, thorough, and informative throughout the whole setup process, and we are looking forward to working with him and his team!
Dan went above and beyond. Not only did he solve my implementation issue, which was my fault. He also found and fixed a data definition issue in my cart unrelated to the app. That is integrity. I'm also pleased with how easy it was to customize the design myself. I have very rudimentary knowledge when it comes to programming and coding so anything that allows me to avoid paying exorbitant fees for what should not be terribly difficult is awesome. Highly recommended!

Great App! Many ways to increment avg ticket and increase margins. Their customer service can´t be beat! Simply the best team to work with, check their other app which I gladly (as a very satisfied user) recommend aswell!

needed the features that this app offered but they need to use ONLY the cart they offered, you can't use it with default shopify cart. 2. i have a few electronics products that required extended warranty but there is no option to choose warranty only if some SKU added to cart, it will offer to ALL products that it stupid. i played around 10mins and deleted the app. also there is no chat in app , so nobody will help you asap.
Dear ILLIA Kostenko, You are complaining about support but you didn't wrote anything to us so your target was just to discredit the app. When our merchants write to us, they get back directly from one of our app engineers ready to help them. FYI, our merchants are generating a ROI of 1000x to 10000x just by using our cart features, but our cart is designed only for professionals who have an idea how to use it or know how to write an email to the support team. There are certain limitations inside Shopify and the dynamic fee calculation is tricky as it must be calculated whenever the cart price changes. Having a whole cart with all these feature and functionality is far easier, faster and more stable, more performant and it can be integrated into multiple themes easier. Our cart editor was created so we can create advanced cart design that match our customer brands, run A/B split testing, custom promotions, Purchase Protection upsells, or use custom designs while keeping everything lightweight and fast. Playing with the app for 10 minutes free of charge just for fun is a clear intention to destroy our app reputation.

This app is legit. It has great functionality and doesn't impact your store's speed at all. In addition, as has been stated in other reviews, the service behind this app is outstanding. We had an issue that required custom work to make the app function properly and they went above and beyond to make it all happen. The app is great and the support behind it is even better. Definitely recommended.
