We're just getting started with this app, and so far it is exactly what we are looking for. However, I'm giving SuperCart 5-stars because the customer support has been incredible. Dan has been extremely helpful, thorough, and informative throughout the whole setup process, and we are looking forward to working with him and his team!

Dan went above and beyond. Not only did he solve my implementation issue, which was my fault. He also found and fixed a data definition issue in my cart unrelated to the app. That is integrity. I'm also pleased with how easy it was to customize the design myself. I have very rudimentary knowledge when it comes to programming and coding so anything that allows me to avoid paying exorbitant fees for what should not be terribly difficult is awesome. Highly recommended!

Used many other apps before this one. I decided on Supercart because the response from the moment you click on Add to cart to the appearance of the drawer is instantaneous. Nice, not overloaded visuals and there are all the necessary options for detailed customization. And also very pleased with customer service. The response to my suggestions or questions comes within 3 minutes, I have not seen this anywhere else.

Cette application a vraiment satisfait la plupart de mes besoins. Elle est conviviale, très complète, et bénéficie de mises à jour régulières ! L'équipe derrière, en particulier Dan, est vraiment compétente et incroyablement réactive, prête à vous assister jusqu'au bout. Je n'ai rien de négatif à dire à propos de cette application ni de son équipe. Je la recommande vivement si vous cherchez une solution pour remplacer le panier de votre boutique.

Great App! Many ways to increment avg ticket and increase margins. Their customer service can´t be beat! Simply the best team to work with, check their other app which I gladly (as a very satisfied user) recommend aswell!

This app is legit. It has great functionality and doesn't impact your store's speed at all. In addition, as has been stated in other reviews, the service behind this app is outstanding. We had an issue that required custom work to make the app function properly and they went above and beyond to make it all happen. The app is great and the support behind it is even better. Definitely recommended.

Super cart and super speed applications are really super interesting and very effective. We have gained in performance on our site. In addition, the support with Dan is very responsive and very competent. I recommend these apps.

An app is only as good as the support behind it, and Dan does an amazing job of standing behind his product. He is fast to respond, friendly, knowledgable and thorough with his responses, he even helped us think of a few things we didn't think of on our own. This app pays for itself. The insurance feature has helped us recover a ton of losses due to packages going missing. It also reduces ticket time and frustration from the customer. I'm always wary of apps and how they'll work on my site, but Dan from customer service addressed every concern with lightning quick responses. Really happy!
