Supercycle

The app charges are high and features are good but support provided is basic. There is no way to schedule a call or connect on chat support even for urgent and important issues with the app. The only way to contact them is through email support which is difficult and very slow. I have lost orders due to this.

The team offers quick, personal support via Slack and really thinks along to find solutions. Not every out-of-the-box feature fits our model perfectly, but no other tool comes closer, and they’re super flexible in customizing a bit where needed. Comprehensive, flexible and highly configurable. We have reviewed many other Shopify apps specifically for rentals, SuperCycle is the most thorough and well thought out Shopify app for the space. Further, customizations have been far easier than most other apps we have integrated. Highly recommend for equipment rental businesses.
