We use Supercycle to run our circular rental and membership model, and it’s been a great fit. Very plug-and-play with Shopify, no lengthy or costly implementation needed. The team offers quick, personal support via Slack and really thinks along to find solutions. Not every out-of-the-box feature fits our model perfectly, but no other tool comes closer, and they’re super flexible in customizing a bit where needed. Highly recommended for any circular commerce setup!

Comprehensive, flexible and highly configurable. We have reviewed many other Shopify apps specifically for rentals, SuperCycle is the most thorough and well thought out Shopify app for the space. Further, customizations have been far easier than most other apps we have integrated. Highly recommend for equipment rental businesses.

We signed up for Supercycle last year and couldn't be happier. Their integration with Shopify is seamless on both the front and backends. They check all the critical boxes with regard to functionality and their item level inventory management is a real differentiator. They're adding features regularly and always accessible when questions or issues arise. Supercycle understands rental, subscription, and resale from the retailer's perspective and designs their product accordingly. They've been a great partner from day one and we look forward to growing with them for years to come.

Finally someone doing it right! SuperCycle is literally all you’d ever need for your site if you’re doing Reservations or Rentals. They have thought of every use-case scenario, and seamlessly weaved it into Shopify so well, you’d think it was natively part of Shopify. Super friendly support is icing on the cake! The whole package right here… easy 5-Stars.

If you are looking for a solution for your site to enable you to offer rental to your customers, don't mess around with any other apps. The development and customer service team at Supercycle is top-notch, responsive and thoughtful, and they understand circular economy retail models in a way that your average developer doesn't. As a circular retail start-up focused on kids toys, we need partners that understand how what we're doing is different and are willing to work with us as we refine both our ecommerce frontend and our inventory management backend. Supercycle is an invaluable partner in helping us with both.

We have been nothing but impressed with Supercycle. Their technology is so desperately needed in the rental industry, i only wish it had been around years ago when I started my business.
