great, last year the support was not good but this year they improved 100% and any issue gets resolved very quickly so kudos for that

For complex business use, I suggest adding a trigger for generating invoices and proforma invoices, in addition to the status, also by the payment method of the order. This would solve the omnichannel scenario when an e-shop order or Shopify POS order is paid in the store or upon pickup and generating invoices is not desired. Michal
Thanks a lot, Michal — this is really great feedback and a very relevant use case for more complex omnichannel setups. We are already working on improving this area, and adding payment-method-based conditions to document generation triggers is exactly the kind of flexibility we want to support. :)

UPDATED: The developers managed to solve the issue within a few days. I recommend it for store owners using Superfaktura. Thank you. The app works well overall and has a lot of potential, but there is one serious issue for merchants in Slovakia and the Czech Republic or elsewhere where COD is accepted. When an order is paid by Cash on Delivery, the invoice is generated with the order date instead of the delivery/payment date. This causes problems with VAT compliance and makes it very difficult to use for COD sales. Also it can be very time consuming to fix this manually. Support is also quite slow, which makes it harder to resolve these issues quickly. If the invoicing logic for COD could be adjusted to reflect the correct delivery/payment date, this app would be a great solution. I really hope the team addresses this, because otherwise the app is very solid.

Our goal is to ensure invoices reflect the correct delivery/payment date for COD orders so that VAT compliance is handled properly without extra manual work. Update April 2025: After reaching out to them, they were very helpful and responsive. They have begun developing a new POS integration feature for us, which was not previously part of their offering. Previous review: 3/5 stars Their app doesn't work with POS integration.
Currently, POS is not one of our features, but we plan to add it soon! 😊 I hope you'll reconsider once it's released. In the meantime, I'm happy to assist you with anything else.
