Customer service is great, tool is amazing. At first I wasn't sure but then the team told me that I had to spend more time training the AI. After training Supermoon has been very helpful. Responses are great and the longer I use it the better it gets.

Supermoon is an exceptional AI-powered customer support app that has significantly enhanced our Shopify store's efficiency and customer satisfaction. By centralizing all our communication channels—email, live chat, and social media—into a single, user-friendly platform, we've streamlined our interactions and reduced response times. The AI-driven Smart Replies are a standout feature, providing instant, personalized responses that maintain our brand's voice. This automation has cut our customer service workload in half, allowing our team to focus on more strategic tasks. Additionally, the AI Message Summaries and sentiment detection tools enable us to prioritize inquiries effectively, ensuring urgent matters receive immediate attention. Integration with Shopify is seamless; having customer and order details readily accessible within Supermoon has improved our support accuracy and efficiency. We haven't tested the Smart Contact Form but looking forward to that. Supermoon's customer service is top-notch. Thank you Emily for the patience and help :) Their team is responsive, open to feedback, and continually enhances the app's features. I highly recommend to anyone seeking to improve their engagement and efficiency.

I've been using supermoon with my team for 2 months now. It's is great, intuitive, quick, easy to operate, easy to link to accounts and very quick to learn about the business and customer needs. It certainly saves a lot of time and enhances our customer service experience.
