I do like how easy it is to use, BUT I hate that I have to constantly reapply every time I add a new product and that it doesn't do it for me which is really annoying and a waste of my valuable time.
Does what it promises, and unlike other reviewers my experience with customer support was pretty good. Replied to my email within a few hours and addresses all my questions very helpfully. Recommended!

Doesn't work right, won't watermark all images, just hangs at processing. Even paid for the upgraded membership and nothing. Zero support.

This service is extremely unreliable. It replaced all my original images with wrong featured images and permanently overwrote them with watermarks. There is no way to recover my original data now. On top of that, there is zero email support. This caused serious damage to my website. Not recommended at all.

Then, you removed access to your store as we were fixing the issue. So yes, I wish we could have helped more. But I confirm your data isn't lost or permanently deleted - we have it safely stored and are happy to continue helping you with the issue as soon as you reply to our email and store collaboration access.
