This service is extremely unreliable. It replaced all my original images with wrong featured images and permanently overwrote them with watermarks. There is no way to recover my original data now. On top of that, there is zero email support. This caused serious damage to my website. Not recommended at all.
Hi Rana, we're sorry to hear you didn't have a great experience. However, to be fair, you wrote this after we replied to your initial email and were actively providing you with support. Then, you removed access to your store as we were fixing the issue. So yes, I wish we could have helped more. But I confirm your data isn't lost or permanently deleted - we have it safely stored and are happy to continue helping you with the issue as soon as you reply to our email and store collaboration access.
