I was facing a billing issue at the beginning of this month, and honestly the support team helped me resolve this issue they were so professional and everything worked fine. Also the watermark is a gamechanger , as a Prints ( owned by me ) brand owner , watermark protects my designs from lazy thiefs who tries to take my designs,

There is no support. They state 24/7 support with a reaction in 5 minutes with chat, and mail support in 12-24 hours. After 3 days stil no reaction on chat and mail :(

Great service! Easy to install and manage. They don't delete your photos if you want to remove the watermarks and that is amazing. Due to the time difference, they seem to take longer to respond but they will certainly get back to you.
