This app works great! Super easy to use. It took a little bit to fix some hiccups, but support cleared that up for us. Initially, all of the variants were hiding due to some back-end code. Support was fast and helpful. Answered all my questions. Did the fixes for me. All good! 4-30-19 Update: Still works great. Developers are still quick and helpful with minimal effort on our end. Thanks! 2-08-21 Update: Some of my products with a LOT of swatches started to run onto the 'add to cart' button. They helped me by going in and adding some extra space and it looks great.

App was easy to set up the color swatches, and I needed some help to activate it on our site - support was super quick and helpful. Now it looks and works great!

Due to some customizations in our theme the basic install didnt work right away so i emailed the Webyze team and they fixed it up right away. App works perfectly - highly recommended. I have used this app on a couple projects now and its worked smoothly.

I used this app to develop swatches for my line of Bird Collars for Feather Picking Parrots at BirdSupplies.com Super easy to install and set up. My customers have been asking for color swatches for a while and this does a nice job. Appears to be an easy snippet that installs easily and should be easy to uninstall should it be needed (which I don't forsee).

How did this app get good ratings...? This app is terrible, once I installed it the directions were horrible and I had no idea on what to do next to install it on my products. Now I'm on the support chat with Shopify because the stupid app didn't delete completely when i uninstalled the app... it's already cost me sales in my store. Really not happy.

Wow. We had this app installed for 3 minutes before we realized it was automatically live on the website, prior to getting ANY of our Swatches updated, it was showing up on our product pages with only about 1/5th of what was needed. Considering we just launched a new line of products today, and our website had a high amount of traffic for us, who were now on a website that did not give them the proper selection of variants. Had they had a simple "test mode" none of this would have been an issue...and if they do, in my frantic struggle through the admin panel, settings, swatches etc did not turn this up, so there is a user experience failure there as I was unable to find a very basic button. Overall, this short frustrating experience has convinced me to avoid Webyze at all cost.

I was stuck, and the swatches would just not work! I left a message and within 2 hours code changes where made and the watches work beautifully, Thanks to the Swatches tech Team - Excellent service!!

Worst app i've ever used. Suddenly it's not working for no reason at all.

Horrible, non existent customer service. Can't launch our store because their app isn't working - trying to reach them for a day and their phone can't take anymore messages and no one answers emails. If you need customer service with your product, look elsewhere.
