Apps works great, it's pretty easy to use. Like anything kinks come up but they worked to fix them. That's huge in my book. This is going to take our sweepstakes to the next level and keep cost down.

Support is non-existent. Have been trying to reach out using their Zendesk support ticketing system. Submitted two tickets in the past week and was advised approx 24 hour response. Currently I am still yet to hear back and will likely be discontinuing use of SweepWidget once our campaigns have ended.

I can't recommend SweepWidget highly enough! The owner went above and beyond to help with my inquiry, even creating a whole new feature to fit my needs. This company is a one-stop shop for anyone looking to run a contest, giveaway, or build their brand. If I could, I'd give them 6 stars!

We've been running SweepWidget contests over year for our local school events. Their contest software has been consistently reliable and produced good results for our school functions. We recently made the switch to Shopify and downloaded the SweepWidget Shopify app. The experience has been so far so good!
