This app is terrible — a wasted $30. I’m honestly disappointed. There’s no trial period, so you have to pay $30 just to see whether it even fits your needs. My money was completely wasted. The whole logic of the app makes no sense. You even need approval just to use translation. It’s really bad. Don’t install it or waste your time.

Apps works great, it's pretty easy to use. Like anything kinks come up but they worked to fix them. That's huge in my book. This is going to take our sweepstakes to the next level and keep cost down.

Support is non-existent. Have been trying to reach out using their Zendesk support ticketing system. Submitted two tickets in the past week and was advised approx 24 hour response. Currently I am still yet to hear back and will likely be discontinuing use of SweepWidget once our campaigns have ended.
