This app is terrible — a wasted $30. I’m honestly disappointed. There’s no trial period, so you have to pay $30 just to see whether it even fits your needs. My money was completely wasted. The whole logic of the app makes no sense. You even need approval just to use translation. It’s really bad. Don’t install it or waste your time.

Support is non-existent. Have been trying to reach out using their Zendesk support ticketing system. Submitted two tickets in the past week and was advised approx 24 hour response. Currently I am still yet to hear back and will likely be discontinuing use of SweepWidget once our campaigns have ended.
Looks pro. Unfortunately with the free testing plan, you cannot use most of the major useful options. Result is you see plenty of "upgrade to" links. This is very frustrating.

The pro plan is suited for those looking for more customizations on their giveaways such as custom styling, verified entry methods, friend referrals, etc. We try to cater to those on a budget with an affordable pro plan and also free basic giveaways.
