I’ve been trying to remove the app for days, but no matter what I do, I can’t seem to cancel it. I’ve contacted support multiple times, but I’m still getting charged and no one has helped me resolve the issue. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing that I’m unable to get any assistance or stop the recurring payments. This is very poor customer service, and I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Best customer service anyone ever offered, if you are here seeing this review , guys honestly , learn from jaachi.okwuwolu@sweet-apps.intercom-mail.com, to break it down , imagine something as , repairing all ur issues , with 0 effort , just 3 messages , honestly , it saved my business a lot of useful time , no headache , i acc managed to end up 2 more deals during this time which are going to take my business to the next level

I am not happy of this app, because I uninstalled it, and it charge me for another full month. The app is very clunky, and the additional charge stings.
We appreciate the feedback. While we can't control when Shopify send a bill, we can confirm it was from the 2nd to 2nd and can understand how arriving a month later can be a little salt in the wound.
