I rarely leave negative reviews, but this customer support experience was unacceptable. We used the app for two years without issue, and then it suddenly stopped showing post-purchase. Instead of investigating or offering a solution, Jack from support gave vague, unhelpful replies and failed to address the problem. Messages went largely unanswered, and the overall attitude was poor — not how paying customers should be treated. I strongly recommend choosing a different app for your store.
We’re sorry you felt let down. For anyone reading, the statement that our app “stopped showing post-purchase” isn’t accurate. Shopify's event logs and order history show the post-purchase offer remained active during the period mentioned and continued to display to customers, with impressions and conversions recorded. We’re happy to share what we can. While providing technical support we also noted several overlapping discount rules and checkout customization from other apps, these can change which orders are eligible to see an offer. We shared guidance and offered direct collaboration. As a courtesy while we looked into this, we refunded the last 3 months of your subscription. We work hard to help every merchant succeed and are always happy to walk through discount settings and app logic. Please reach us at our support email on our app page with a few order numbers you believe didn’t see the offer, and we’ll provide a detailed audit and resolution.

I’ve been trying to remove the app for days, but no matter what I do, I can’t seem to cancel it. I’ve contacted support multiple times, but I’m still getting charged and no one has helped me resolve the issue. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing that I’m unable to get any assistance or stop the recurring payments. This is very poor customer service, and I would not recommend this app to anyone.
Sorry to hear the app didn't work out, we're here for you via email or in app chat for any follow up. In short, uninstalling the app will immediately cancel the subscription. Looking at the logs it was successfully uninstalled and cancelled a few weeks ago. Shopify bill on their own schedule, we have since refunded the last month you were with us and hope you might consider the perspective here.
