We had a very serious issue with this app, which resulted in a lot of manual work to fix. I selected 100 orders to print labels. Inside the app’s overview, only 50 orders were shown. After selecting those 50 orders, the app asked whether I wanted to select “50+”. I assumed this would select the remaining orders from my selected batch of 100. Instead, the app selected all orders in our store, not just the 100 I had originally selected. There was no clear option to cancel the task, which is extremely problematic for a shipping app. The “live chat” also did not respond. Since our settings were configured to automatically fulfil orders and send shipping confirmations to customers, I had no other option than to uninstall the app to stop the process and then manually undo everything. After reinstalling the app, it asked us to pay $50 for the same functionality we previously had at a much lower price. I contacted support urgently and asked them to restore our previous subscription, but despite advertising a response time of under 1 hour, we did not receive a response within that time. Even worse, after reinstalling the app and trying to transfer the same selected orders again, only the newest order was transferred to the app, likely the order that came in after reinstalling. This caused unnecessary stress, operational delays, and confusion during order fulfilment. For a shipping-label app, reliability and fast support are essential. Unfortunately, this experience was unacceptable.
