Phone Numbers & Calls ‑ SBoard

I installed this app but never subscribed to any monthly plan. I uninstalled it, yet I was still charged $20 for a monthly subscription. I also cannot find a clear way to cancel or remove the charge. This feels misleading and very frustrating. Please refund the charge and make the cancellation process clear.

Support is super helpful and the app works well. I was able to set my availability schedule and the voice mail functionality is great. Customers can always call and get help.

I needed a number I could provide for my store and this option seem to provide the best price point and ease of setting up. I wish there was a feature to schedule when calls can be made on a daily basis. Otherwise a good app for what I needed

If you need a simple easy to use app for calls and SMS this is the best! We needed a toll free US number for our customers based in the US as a lot of them do not have email addresses or know how to use them. This app helped a lot. OLIVER is absolutely amazing. Everything we ask him to improve the app on our store he does within a very short time and there are always new features added. The pricing of the app is also very reasonable. I don't often write reviews and I never write reviews if I haven't used an app for awhile. But I wanted to for this product. Oliver has been great with assisting with setup and resolving any issues that have come along. I love how he's adding new features as users request them, can't beat it! Also, the app works and adds value to our site and our business. Now THAT's something we all need. It makes it easy for clients to reach you and for you to add an extra dash of professionalism to your site. Affordable, effective and easy to implement - Doesn't get any better than that!
