We’ve implemented both Wishlist Plus and Gift Lists & Registries from Swym, and the experience has been outstanding. What has set them apart is not only the apps themselves, which are robust, intuitive, and deliver exactly what we need, but the level of support and development expertise behind them. The Swym team (both support and developers) have consistently gone above and beyond to help us customise the UX for our unique business needs. Some of this work has been paid, but much of it was provided without charge, and in every case the speed, quality, and turnaround time have been exceptional, far beyond what we’re used to seeing from app developers. We’ve been genuinely impressed, and would highly recommend these apps to anyone looking for wishlist or registry functionality backed by a team that truly cares about their customers’ success.

Overall, our experience using Swym has been really positive. Our customers had been asking for a functional registry on our website for ages so we're very happy to be able to offer that service through Swym. A couple of points for improvement: there was no ability on our end to prevent registry orders bypassing our "out of stock" limitations. As a result, we had a number of people order items that were out of stock and reach out to us, frustrated that their order hadn't been fulfilled yet. I reached out to customer service and they quickly changed the setting on their end to prevent customers being able to order out of stock items through the registry, but it would be really handy to be able to edit that ourselves. Additionally, we weren't able to set up/turn on the address masking ourselves, even though that's one of the main reasons we chose the service we did.
