I had some issues with the free trial and encountered technical difficulties. I was happy that after I messaged them, they refunded my money right away without any problems and provided nearly daily updates to resolve the technical issue. 6/5 Stars – I highly recommend them. This was by far the best customer support I've experienced with any Shopify app.

Ausgezeichneter Kundenservice und großartige Unterstützung! Ich bin wirklich beeindruckt von dem Support-Team von Swym Gift Lists. Ich hatte ein kleines Problem mit der Checkout-Funktion auf meiner Website, und das Team hat sich sofort darum gekümmert. Der Support war professionell, freundlich und schnell – sie haben das Problem im Handumdrehen behoben. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, dass sie sogar ein Bildschirmvideo bereitgestellt haben, um sicherzustellen, dass alles korrekt funktioniert. Das ist Service, wie man ihn sich wünscht! I really recommend the swym app. It was very easy to use and when I had issues the team was very quick to respond and resolve them. Really recommend it!
