Products Sync Master

So far so very good!

Excellent app, and excellent customer support.

We have been using this import app for over 18 months and it just keep getting better. It has allowed us to save money by removing monthly fees for product feeds and to do the task ourselves with just a few clicks and it works everytime. When we have needed support we got quick answers from the team with all question merely about our integration to new features. Over time we now both import and add pricing rules to each product collection and brand at the same time which means no need for multiple apps to control pricing which is another advantage of the app. This is a first class app which offers new features constantly and is reliable. Being able to parse the import with ICE CAT is helpful and a nice feature as is being able to add AI fields for descriptions for example.

I had some fairly complicated upload requirements and I made HEAVY use of their support. I'm glad to say, not only did they provide excellent support, but they REWROTE parts of the application to meet my unique needs (in fairness, others will benefit as well, but still...). Can't say enough good things about this team. They are literally the only app that I've found that could meet my specific needs.

Great Customer Service. App works well. Even using the FTP service.

The app is easy to use. But the service is outstanding. Answering all my questions and helping me out really well. I will be using the app for multiple stores.

App does exactly what it says it does & more! The customer support is fantastic! This has been a life saver for me. Thank you! :)

Excelente aplicación y excelente atención al cliente. Muy recomendable.

Does exactly what we need. Great support and fast deployment of new/requested features.

This is a good app for product uploading and updating. Any time I have a question if I cannot figure out how to do something the tech team is great at researching and fixing it for me. I would say if there is one improvement it is better tutorials of how to create templates.

Top app and brilliant and fast service, we now use it in 3 e-commerce shops and it keeps all our products in sync with our suppliers, no need for other apps anymore. Team e-trend

This app is a must-have for me and my team! We imported tens of thousands of products in a very short period of time (hours, not weeks) with this app.

we use it like a day, we want it to update our inventory for CVS that came from our warehouse. we tried to do it reveral times, but we couldn't

Great and simple app and support, if in future you will add xml. import will be great.

Intuitive interface. It is pretty easy to set up the template. The functionality covers all the main cases and works great, easy to update product data. Good documentation and hints support. Quick and good app team support. So great work!

Gruß, das Team von diamanterra.de --- After an extensive review of all import apps in the App Store, I ultimately chose the 'Products Sync Master' app. Its user-friendliness, combined with a wealth of configuration options, impressed me. With this app, it's possible to extensively edit and modify the data sets in the CSV file, ensuring a customised presentation in the shop. The import of variants with different option values is also seamless. A crucial function for professional shops is the ability to read files from an FTP/SFTP server and import files automatically using a Scheduled Task Service. As an added bonus, the app also provides export capabilities. Special thanks go to the support team, which is always helpful, responsive, and accommodating. Their assistance has helped me with many questions - I'm very grateful for that. If you're looking for a professional, powerful import app with comprehensive features, 'Products Sync Master' is the right choice for you. I would even go so far as to say that it's the best import app currently available on the Shopify App Market. Best regards, The team from diamanterra.de

A wonderful app, it is everything you need for dropshipment, import export and much more, highly recommended. support is very good.

A big thank you to MyPrestaModules Team, you deliver a high-end technical support service, responsiveness, efficiency, availability. Everything works perfectly, I absolutely recommend this APP.
