We have been using this import app for over 18 months and it just keep getting better. It has allowed us to save money by removing monthly fees for product feeds and to do the task ourselves with just a few clicks and it works everytime. When we have needed support we got quick answers from the team with all question merely about our integration to new features. Over time we now both import and add pricing rules to each product collection and brand at the same time which means no need for multiple apps to control pricing which is another advantage of the app. This is a first class app which offers new features constantly and is reliable. Being able to parse the import with ICE CAT is helpful and a nice feature as is being able to add AI fields for descriptions for example.

I had some fairly complicated upload requirements and I made HEAVY use of their support. I'm glad to say, not only did they provide excellent support, but they REWROTE parts of the application to meet my unique needs (in fairness, others will benefit as well, but still...). Can't say enough good things about this team. They are literally the only app that I've found that could meet my specific needs.

Leider nur auf Englisch, daher manchmal für mich nicht alles sofort verständlich. Aber der Kundenservice ist hervorragend, jede Frage (auch wenn sie auf Deutsch gestellt wird) wurde bis jetzt zeitnah und kompetent in einfachen Worten beantwortet. Der Funktionsumfang ist top und die Preisgestaltung fair. Danke an das tolle Team.

The app is easy to use. But the service is outstanding. Answering all my questions and helping me out really well. I will be using the app for multiple stores.

Its a must have module. With this app you can import products with multiples languages, you can update price, import quantity, create specials rules, make your pricing with formulas from a single app. You can save the task, scheduled easily. The technical support team is #1 ! Always there to help. If you have a special file, they can help their module work with your distributor file. Thank you for your great software and price rounding modifications.

This is a good app for product uploading and updating. Any time I have a question if I cannot figure out how to do something the tech team is great at researching and fixing it for me. I would say if there is one improvement it is better tutorials of how to create templates.

Import and Export is faulty. Can not update variant metafield's once set. Can not remove/clear variant metafield's.

we use it like a day, we want it to update our inventory for CVS that came from our warehouse. we tried to do it reveral times, but we couldn't

We had a complex product feed to import with more than 15K SKUs. The support team helped us very quickly and efficiently. The feed import now works like a charm. Superb service.

Intuitive interface. It is pretty easy to set up the template. The functionality covers all the main cases and works great, easy to update product data. Good documentation and hints support. Quick and good app team support. So great work!
