Syncio has helped KOOKAÏ maximise sales by managing product and inventory across multiple regions. As a vertically integrated fashion retailer with new products dropping weekly, we have a large volume of SKUs which require constant changes to our stock file. Syncio has saved our team hours of work per week by updating our product in real time and providing us with the information we need to make prompt and informed business decisions. The Founder, Jimmy, is extremely helpful, quick to respond and involves us in shaping the direction of future releases of the app by asking for our feedback and input. Thanks Jimmy and the team!

Wow this app is great and so is the customer service! I had a few questions at first, and Jimmy responded quickly and then got the whole thing set up and mapped all my products for me. Then I needed something custom for my store setup and he found a solution and implemented within hours! Refreshing to find a good product with wonderful support.

Syncio has been essential to our business. First and foremost it's easy. There is no over-complicated features. You can connect two (or in our case more) stores in under 5 minutes and have all of the products up and running. Order can be pushed and tracked. Equally as important, the Syncio team goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working for you and you're getting the most out of the software. Recommend for anyone looking for a multi-store order sync.

Our stores were unique in that we had large amounts of products. We had techinical trouble and contacted Syncio. They never gave up and help us through a tough time of getting all the products syncing and working. That is not easy when you have thousands of products. We applaud their dedication and commitment to supporting their customers. Thank you for your hard work Syncio!

I installed Syncio to connect the inventory between my two stores Accordion Pro Shop and Hermes Music. Thanks to Syncio, when a sale is made on one store, the inventory will automatically update to the other, saving me time and hassle. The customer service has been fantastic as well, having been able to skype call some questions and the team is always very responsive over chat. Highly recommend!

I use Syncio to run both of my stores and needed it to sync inventory real-time as updates came through but also be able to customise product prices and descriptions in a different currency and language. Syncio does both of these really well, its simple and fast to use, and the customer service is fantastic. Highly recommend!!!

I'm currently running several Shopify stores with Sycncio running on all of them. Syncio has been a lifesaver and has helped improve our workflow and keeping our inventories perfectly synced. On top of the great product, the customer service has been top notch. I've chatted and skyped with Jimmy a few times and he's been really responsive and helpful every step of the way! Looking forward to any of the new features they'll add in the future.

Great because it's only app that lets you: 1. The app lets you choose source and destination stores 2. The app lets you map to existing products and have them sync 3. Works seamlessly The price is also good. Great work!

Highly recommend Syncio for sharing product inventory. With my wholesale and retail background (I.e both ends of the spectrum), I am certainly amazed at how easy sharing data with stores can now be using this application. Syncio takes the hard work out of the equation by allowing you to ditch those tedious Excel import/export data files! Syncio is reliable to use, easy to maintain and requires little effort. Absolutely incredible. This app is an absolute game changer. If you are having issues with keeping up to date with inventory between Shopify stores fear no more! The customer service is blazing fast, and Jimmy is an incredibly helpful guy. He not only helped us customize our store he listened to our feedback and is implementing new changes to make the app even more incredible. The only bad thing I have to say about this app is I wish that we had found it years ago! New features such as being able to sync orders as well as products are in pipeline as well. 6 Stars!! We collaborate with multiple online retailers through drop shipping arrangements. This normally involves manual stocktaking, sharing of images and data and the overall process can be very time consuming. We started using Syncio and we are very happy with how seamless it is to have our products ordered through Ethi and how compatible our back end software is! It saves us a lot of time and means we only have to manage our own account. We highly recommend Syncio!

I've been impressed by the customer support in troubleshooting anything that I've encountered. It's made it much easier to sell through other stores, syncing products is fast and easy and the inventory adjusts automatically when orders come through.

Fantastic customer service, it's so easy to work with the Syncio team who help walk you through how to use the app. Syncio has allowed me to sync between Shopify stores and saved me so much time!
