I have very little choice or control on this app. It is what is required by my drop shipper. I need additional information and support and have emailed at least 3 times via the support window within the app and have not received any response. I need more control over what changes synclogic makes to my store. I need to define what product template it uses for the products being synced. Plus it does not bring over cost or the compare at price as well as the price to show a discounted price to our customer if applicable. (that is unless I am misunderstanding the setup) When I manually go in to add these essential costs, it overwrites the data the very next sync. I would truly appreciate some support on my issues.
I'm so sorry to hear you've run into these challenges. I can definitely support you in your concerns. I found emails from you on Feb 3 and March 14th regarding cost of goods. It looks like we responded promptly to both of those but I take it you didn't get the response. It must have gone to spam. I didn't find a 3rd message from you. I can certainly help you with syncing cost and the compare at price, which shows a discount for your customers. These things can be achieved and I'll be more than happy to help. I can also help with the template issue. You can turn off sync of the template so that you can choose your own custom template, and I'd have to look into this one further in that it's not a common request, but I might be able to customize your connection to select a specific template to use I'll give you a call now but I know it's after hours for you so if I don't reach you I'll try you again tomorrow.
