amazing customer service. Save so much time having to hire VA's enter tracking numbers into Paypal. This is a must for every shopify store.

Simply, the best app of its kind. It couldn't install more easily. It gives me peace of mind and the service is very responsive and effective. On top of that, they keep adding value. They even took the initiative to prepare and distribute Paypal Dispute Templates so merchants can effectively and efficiently defend our cases with Paypal in the event of disputes with customers. And they are always there as a backup for excellent advice and help (Thank you, Tyler !!!) What more can one ask for ?

We began using this app when PayPal was throwing up restrictions on our account as we were not providing tracking information within PayPal (as it was unnecessary to us). With thousands of orders, we were lookign for an automated solution. This is a set and forget app, that perfectly solved our problem. Big fan!!

I used this app to sync tracking orders for several hundred orders with paypal after they put a lock on my funds. Had some trouble syncing at first, but fastest, most responsive customer service I've ever experienced. Great app. Well worth the $6 a month.

Awesome app, quick to configure and setup!! I would definitely recommend, this resolves issue of PayPal putting money on hold and other sync issues.

Great customer service. I had many issues due to my own confusion and strange set-up. The team at SyncTrack handled it all for me. Their team even did some custom set-up for me and helped me out a lot! Recommend it to everyone.

The App is quite straight forward, and the app developer has been very helpful. I particularly like the fact that we can upload a csv file including all our tracking numbers, carrier, tracking link, for all our paypal orders, so that it can be prepared perfectly by our team first, then uploaded into the app, to finally being pushed into paypal system.

We used this app on 2 stores, and have had success so far! There was a little hiccup at the beginning, but customer service helped us resolve it quickly! Very easy to setup.
