Synctrack completely solved my issues with PayPal payment holds. Since I started using it, my orders get automatically synced and confirmed, and the release times for funds have improved significantly. It’s a must-have app for any store dealing with PayPal. On top of that, their customer support is absolutely top-notch — fast, friendly, and always ready to help with anything. You can tell they genuinely care about their users. Highly recommended!

Customer Support was great, I had been chatting with Tracy for support with my Blockify setup and then the question was posed about whether I was syncing my tracking to PayPal, which I wasn't. We installed the App and set up was really easy and straightforward and it is working and was also able to catch up old orders as well. In reviewing my store it was also noticed that my cookie bar could use some improvement so they also helped me to walk through that process. Very helpful.

The assistance, great customer service, and being made to feel safe and more at ease as an entrepreneur was immense! Great advice beyond the scope of what they are required to do for you and very caring. The education and instruction provided at Synctrac to be successful and in legal compliance should be available to our youth in school in place of the many trivialities that are taught to our youth.
