Could not be happier with the service and the performance if this app. Following repeated experiences with money being held by paypal, i was in great need of an app that would easily sync my orders with paypal, and synctrack came to the rescue. I would strongly recommend this app as it allows you to sync your PayPal account and your Shopify store, preventing probable payment disruptions. From the beginning they check that everything really does sync and they have the most amazing support team who guides you and suggests what actions need to be taken in advance. Vincent, from their support team was so helpful and so professional. His kind manner put me at ease. Well done PayPal!

Anna and the dev team are incredible! This app has been a game-changer—I didn’t even realize how much I needed it. It saves me time by automating order fulfillment and even flagged some incomplete transactions that mistakenly appeared as orders. Great value for the price!

Great support, got recommendations and live help from Tracy to help combat any PayPal disputes and/or issues by changing my contact page and shipping policies on my Shopify store. I also was sent a legal dispute pdf for use in case of PayPal disputes for use as templates to write e-mails to PayPal.

Fantastic app, customer support is great and friendly. Absolutely & utterly recommend for everyone/anyone that want's to make income with ecommerce.
