Synder for QuickBooks & Xero

I've been using Synder for about a year and it's been great! Synder was very helpful with implementation with my bookkeeping team, and they're always very friendly when questions come up. I don't spend much time inside of the platform myself – that's what I pay the bookkeeper for! – but when I do need to use it, the platform is intuitive and has every feature I could possibly think of. This is the only platform that integrates with EVERY sales channel I needed (Faire, Shopify, TikTok, and Etsy) and I'm very grateful for this app and the easy and detailed reports it allows for!
This saves a lot of time and helps us track inventory and sales by integration with QuickBooks. Snyder software can also be used to import orders from eBay, Etsy, Amazon, and for an extra fee, Walmart.com. I used to use Webgility, but switched for this more affordable option for our small business doing 1000 or less orders per month. I would recommend it.
The setup to be too rigid, lacking the necessary flexibility for a smooth implementation

I was looking for an app which can help me record all my transactions from Shopify and Stripe to Xero and I decided to try Synder. Synder provided great ease of book keeping syncing both my Shopify and Stripe into Xero seamlessly. Bit of set up is needed although it is easy enough to figure out on my own without needing to contact support.
This app saves our company a significant amount of time. Their customer support is very help and quick to respond.
