⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of working with Clarissa from the Synder Support Team, and she truly went above and beyond to solve my issue. I needed to direct taxes to different accounts for AZ and CA. Clarissa provided a creative and effective workaround that allowed me to achieve my goal. She patiently walked me through the process of disabling the Apply Taxes setting in Synder and creating rules to map taxes to the correct accounts in QBO.
